Book for Empaths

I finally got around to reading The Empath's Survival Guide by Judith Orloff, MD, who I wrote about previously, and what a great book! Highly recommend.

She actually breaks down Empaths into three main types - physical empaths, emotional empaths, and intuitive empaths. We may be more of one than the others or maybe have experienced all three. She also broke down the intuitive empaths into seven different types, which again, we may be more of some types than others or have traits of multiple types.

It's so nice having professionals such as doctors and therapists who are Empaths themselves coming out with helpful books, courses and information for other Empaths, such as Dr. Judith Orloff, Dr. Christiane Northrup, and Dr. Michael R. Smith.

There were a number of quotes she had throughout the book and a couple of them really spoke to me. Here's one of them :

As a child I felt myself to be all alone, and I am still, because I know things and must hint at things that others apparently know nothing of, and for the most part do not want to know. Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible.

What is an Empath?

It's so nice to see more professionals such as psychologists and psychiatrists speaking out and educating others about Empaths because they are one themselves. Dr. Judith Orloff is another one of these people, besides Dr. Michael R. Smith, who I've written about before.Though I haven't read Dr. Orloff's book yet, I have heard her speak on multiple occasions and really like what she has to share. As she mentions here, one of the biggest challenges of an Empath is to learn how to become an empowered Empath.

Spectro-Chrome Therapy (Part 2)

Spectro-Chrome Therapy (Part Two)

The Experiment

I was very curious to see what my starseed friend would feel and experience to the different Spectro-Chrome (S-C) colors. She is super sensitive to energy (more so than I) and is also synesthetic . So we did an experiment.

First I wanted her to dowse to see what color would be for her highest good at that particular time. I had each name of the S-C colors written on separate index cards and put in envelopes so you don't know what colors are in each envelope. I laid them all out while she used her pendulum to dowse and she got a positive reading on just one of the envelopes, which was violet. So we started with violet and she knew what the color was that she was receiving this time. I didn't tell her what colors I was using after that.

Most colors she was only exposed to for just a few minutes -- like ten minutes or less. There were only a couple of colors she received closer to the full 20 minute tonation (for glass slides), one being green to balance her back out and help ground her after going through all 12 colors.

She sat facing sideways to the light instead of facing it directly, so as to not look at it to see what color the slide was, and I didn't tell her what color I was using until after she was finished describing what she was feeling and experiencing. I was steadily taking notes.

With each color, she began describing what she was feeling right away. For instance, with violet, she said it felt like a tranquilizer, she wanted to rest and sleep, very relaxing, warm and soft like velvet. She also felt her brain crackle a little and it made the hair on her arms stand up. Her synesthetic ability kicked in and she said it had a thick, like honey taste! Interesting.

She described a taste for most colors. The ones I didn't get a taste on was just because I forgot to ask, as I was furiously taking notes and being fascinated at the same time.

What was amazing was that I compared what she was describing for each color to the attributes listed for those colors in the manual Let There Be Light, and they were matching up perfectly.

She noticed that she experienced certain feelings right at the beginning of the tonation, then other feelings or sensations kicked in after a few more minutes, and then there was the eventual long term effect or feeling. Many of the colors she could literally feel penetrate through each layer of her aura, one by one. She also described feeling some colors "pop" her chakras, as they went down each one. Wow!

Though S-C Therapy is safe and without harmful side effects, I still wanted to play it safe since she is more sensitive to energies than most people, and all 12 of the colors are never given consecutively like this. This was an unusual circumstance and an experiment. Typically, no more than two or three colors or tonations are given in 24 hours, and they are spread out. And typically you wouldn't be receiving color frequencies that you don't need either. This was an energy workout for her.

With that being said, I did cut a couple of colors very short because she was having either some minor undesirable physical experiences or an intense reaction. For instance, with red it started bringing stuff up in her throat and she was getting hoarse and losing her voice. The color scarlet made her hot, hyperventilate and made all her cells vibrate, she said. With blue she immediately started twitching and she said she popped out of her body and had a hard time staying in it so I had to turn it off (and used green for grounding) as I needed her to stay in her body! Since she was young, she has been able to leave her physical body and astral travel via the astral body. Blue is a pineal gland stimulant among other things. What I’ve discovered so far is that for those who have a well-developed pineal gland, blue can assist with out of body travel.

After the experiment was over, she said the colors were like homeopathies and without side effects, unlike drugs. She was just as surprised by her reactions to the energy of each color as I was. Since then she continues to be treated with S-C Therapy when needed for various issues with great results.

This form of therapy has to do with energy -- vibrational healing. How blessed I am to have such a friend -- someone who is so sensitive as to be able to give me detailed feedback on the energies of these colors! Fantastic! I can't wait to see what else is yet to be discovered with S-C Therapy.

Kirlian Photography & the GDV Machine

Because our world is based on the physical, which is chemistry, all of our machines and equipment are for measuring chemistry and the physical. We just haven’t had the devices or equipment we need to measure energy! But it is now well known that everything is energy, so I'm sure that in the not-so-distant future there will be more tools available.

Currently there are a couple of machines that I am aware of that can read and display the energy fields. One is Kirlian photography,
which was invented in the 1930s by Russian inventor Semyon Kirlian and his wife, Valentina. I had my photo taken with one of these cameras twice in the 90s. (Photo on right.)

The other machine is the GDV (Gas Discharge Visualization) Machine which was invented by a Russian physicist, Dr. Konstantin Korotkovon in 1985, which I mentioned in my book Structured Water: Nature's Gift.  This machine is very expensive and there are only a few available worldwide. Clayton Nolte with Natural Action Technologies, inventor of the structured water devices, and my teacher on structured water for five years, has one and uses it in his research. This is how I heard about it.

Below is a photo of drops of water -- three different types -- taken with the GDV machine. Below that is the photo comparison of someone before and after drinking structured water. See how much more vibrant and full the energy field on the right is, compared to the one on the left? People who drink structured water experience at least a 10% increase in energy. (I can vouch for that!)

It's all about energy! Look at the difference in the energy of these different types of water:

Natural Crystal Rainbow Therapy

This photo on the left is of our dog, who while laying on his bed, got a naturally occurring form of color therapy from the sunlight passing through a big cluster of quartz crystals I had sitting on a table in front of the window. He managed to be positioned so as to get the full rainbow of colors in a line running down the middle of his back! Natural crystal rainbow therapy!🌈😀

Spectro-Chrome Therapy (Part 1)

Inspired  (Being in-Spirit)

Many times throughout my life I have been inspired to buy or pick up a particular book, even if it's not meant for me to read until much later in my life. Usually it's a book mentioned or recommended by someone I've been listening to give a lecture, or in reading their book. I remember thinking I had to get this book the first time I heard or read about it, which was many years ago. So long ago I can't remember where I first heard of it.

After I purchased the book, I put it on the shelf to be read later. I always have an ongoing stack of books to read. Well, later ended up being at least fifteen years later. And again, just as I had been inspired to buy the book, I was inspired by someone else to actually pull it off the shelf and read it.

I had completely forgotten about this book until the summer of 2016,  during one of the structured water classes I had been attending for four years. The teacher, Clayton Nolte, brought up the subject of the energy of colors and mentioned the book Let There Be Light by Darius Dinshah. I thought to myself...OMG! I have that book! I bought it a long time ago! After the class I was going to pull it off the shelf, but I forgot about it and didn't. Again, at another class a few weeks later, Clayton brought up that book again. This time I went and found it on the shelf and set it on my desk. I was taking this as a sign I needed to read it! Now was the time.

This book is full of so much interesting information. What I discovered written inside was just amazing!  A real treasure. One of the subjects I had studied for my masters in Parapsychic Science was healing with color and light, but this was taking it to another level. This is the manual for Spectro-Chrome Therapy, a system of therapy using colored light, that was proven effective through years of use for a wide range of illnesses by the Senior Surgeon in a Philadelphia, PA hospital, as well as hundreds of other physicians and practitioners. In order to appreciate how Spectro-Chrome Therapy came about, it's important to understand some of the history behind it, which is amazing in and of itself.

What is it?

Spectro-Chrome Therapy is a system of therapy where light energy is processed through color filters and irradiated into the aura. The color filters are each specifically attuned to a certain window of frequencies. By matching corresponding wavelengths to the organs and systems of the body, it strengthens or calms energy in the distressed areas, creating a support system for balance and healing. Spectro-Chrome Therapy consists of twelve colors. The color filters used are either Roscolene (gel) filters or glass filters. I use the glass filters.

Some History

Chromotherapy is a centuries-old concept and method of treatment that uses the visible spectrum (colors) of electromagnetic radiation to successfully treat diseases.  The use of color dates back to 500 BC. The history of color medicine is as old as that of any other medicine. Phototherapy (light therapy) was practiced in ancient Egypt, Greece, China and India. The Egyptians utilized sunlight as well as color for healing.

The late 1800s brought the research and books The Principles of Light and Color (1878) by Dr. Edwin D. Babbitt, and Blue and Red Lights, or Light and its Rays as Medicine (1877) by Dr. Seth Pancoat. These men started the threads of knowledge that would later be woven into the complete fabic of Spectro-Chrome, established by a man named Dinshah.

The book Let There Be Light was written by Darius Dinshah, one of the sons of Dinshah P. Ghadiali (1873 - 1966). Dinshah Ghadiali preferred to be called by his first name which was easier for Americans to pronounce and he became widely known as Colonel Dinshah, or just Dinshah. Eventually his wife, son Darius, and his other nine children legally changed their last name to be Dinshah (instead of Ghadiali) to make life easier.

It's hard to talk about Spectro-Chrome Therapy without sharing some background on the man who developed, researched and taught it a hundred years ago. This guy was amazing.

Dinshah, born in Bombay, India in 1873, was a genius. He began high school at the age of eight. At the age of eleven he became assistant to the Professor of Mathematics and Science at Wilson College in Bombay. He was awarded prizes for proficiency in English, Persian, and religion. He eventually learned eight oriental and eight occidental languages, some of them fluently. At the age of 14 he conducted demonstrations in chemistry and physics at several educational institutions.

He studied medicine and also had his own business of installing electrical things like lights, doorbells, burglar alarms, etc. He also studied spiritual and scientific subjects and was initiated as a Fellow in the Theosophical Society. He was appointed Superintendent of Telephone and Telegraph for Dholpur State. He was an Electrical Engineer and a Mechanical Engineer.

In 1896 he made his first visit to the U.S., and met Thomas Edison, Nikola Tesla and other noted scientists. He gave lectures on x-rays and radioactivity. The New York Times and other newspapers termed him the "Parsee Edison".

In 1897 he returned to India and developed his medical practice. It was during this time that he applied chromopathy to a friend's niece who was dying and could not be helped from the then-accepted drugs. Dinshah had read about the theory of chromopathy in The Principles of Light and Color (1878) by Edwin D. Babbitt and another book on the subject written in 1877 by Dr. Seth Pancoast. Using this unorthodox healing method, in a matter of just a few days, he saved this near-fatal case of mucous colitis.

This was just the beginning, but it wasn’t until twenty-three years later before his scientific research culminated in the healing system he called Spectro-Chrome.
It was in 1900 when he established the "Electro-Medical Hall" at Ajmer, India, for healing by color, magneto-therapy, electro-therapy, suggesto-therapy, as well as orthodox medicine. (This sounds like a really cool place by today's standards and this was the year 1900!) The following year he opened another Electro-Medical Hall in another city in India and became known for his successful treatment of bubonic plague, and so-called incurable diseases.

In 1905 he was stricken with tuberculosis and given six months to live. He recovered his health by a rigorous regimen of work, physical training, no meat, no wine and less rest -- the opposite of what the medical consultant advised.

He started his own weekly newspaper Impartial, with his editorials exposing corrupt officials, which created an uproar. He was an inventor and traveled around Europe promoting his inventions. He developed the "Dinshah Automobile Engine Fault-Finder" and an "Anti-Forgery Electric Pen" and formed companies to market them. He was offered $100,000 for the "Fault-Finder" invention, but later donated it to the U.S. government for use on aircraft engines. He organized a corporation for the development of a sound-on-film, shutterless motion-picture projector and filed a patent on it.

In 1917 he was naturalized as a citizen of the U.S. A year later he received a commission as a Captain in the NY City Police Reserve. He joined the American Assoc. of Progressive Medicine.

A year after that, he was appointed Governor of the NY City Police Aviation School, later being commissioned Colonel and Commander of the NY Police Reserve Air Service. He flew the first police airmail and for his service to the city of NY, was awarded the Liberty Medal by the Mayor.

He served as VP of the Allied Medical Associations of America, and the National Assoc. of Drugless Practitioners.

It was 1920 when he completed his research and delivered his first lecture on Spectro-Chrome therapy and established The Spectro-Chrome Institute in NY City. The first class for training in the use of Spectro-Chrome began in December of that year with 27 in attendance. Over the next several years he eventually taught 100 classes to hundreds of people in the medical profession as well as laypersons, in cities from coast to coast. At one time nearly 500 U.S. medical doctors were using his Spectro-Chrome system.

For the second 46 years of his life, he lectured, wrote books, and taught classes on Spectro-Chrome and designed color equipment and accessories such as the Sympathometer, Itisometer, Spirometer, Antinude and Nurmand.

Sadly, he also spent the second half of his life defending himself and his work in numerous litigations brought on by claims that his Spectro-Chrome could not have any effect on disease, which he proved otherwise in court, with several lay and medical practitioners testifying for him. The FDA and the USDA brought suits against him in a handful of different cities. Some of the suits he lost, some he won. In the end, he paid fines ranging from $25 - $20,000, was put on probation, and ended up serving 18 months in jail. He was also ordered to dissociate himself from Spectro-Chrome, he had to surrender his books to be destroyed, with the exception of one set of his writings for his personal library. He had discovered and was teaching to others a healing modality that worked and healed people without the use of any drugs or side effects, and the powers that be were not going to have any of it.

In 1924 he acquired property in New Jersey which then became the Spectro-Chrome Institute headquarters. The following year he wrote the Spectro-Chrome Encyclopedia, which came to be known as an authoritative treatise on Color Therapy.

He ran as an independent candidate for Governor of NJ in 1937. In 1939 he made an around-the-world tour lecturing, and opened two offices in India for promoting Spectro-Chrome.

Still being given a hard time for his work, in 1941 his (U.S.) Institute's activities were severely hampered by an administrative procedure called a U.S. Post Office Fraud-Order in which the postmaster was ordered to return to the senders all the mail addressed to his address, with the stamped notation "Fraudulent". The order stands to this day!

A few years later he donated a fire engine and a siren to the Volunteer Fire Department in the city in which he lived. Ironically, the following year, a terrible fire destroyed the Institute's main building, despite the efforts of several fire battalions, and he lost all his scientific equipment, his library, files, and it rendered some of his books out-of-print. This also handicapped his defense in a couple of lawsuits just three months later. (He must have had a premonition about the fire!)

After completing his probation he organized another non-profit corporation and sold his Color Devices once again, only under a different name, and now with a warning that they had no curative or therapeutic value.

Five years later, the USDA obtained a permanent injunction against his Institute, preventing him from shipping his devices or books across state lines. Even some of his books unrelated to Spectro-Chrome were banned. (What happened to freedom of the press?) The court ruled that even though he had warning labels on his devices and books, because they lacked orthodox medical acceptance, the injunction still stands. (Give me a break!)

This injunction compelled Dinshah to limit most of his activities to New Jersey, the state in which he lived, and he sold a few devices, books and delivered a few lectures. He was forced into semi-retirement. He died eight years later, in 1966 at the age of 93.

After his death, three of his sons assumed the responsibilities of running the Institute. A new color projector was designed and marketed in New Jersey. After about nine years, it was decided that it was too difficult to continue working under the court injunction so that Institute was dissolved. Later that same year, in 1975, The Dinshah Health Society was registered as a non-profit corporation, "with the express aim of stimulating interest in, and promulgating knowledge of, lesser known methods of restoring and maintaining health," as stated by Darius in the book.

The manual for the color therapy was originally written in 1978 and then was later rewritten for more in depth instructions and explanations. Then it was updated and retitled as Let There Be Light. It was also translated into German.

The Present

The Dinshah Health Society is still going today and can be found online. I joined the Dinshah Health Society, read Let There Be Light (twice), watched six hours of video containing more in depth information about Spectro-Chrome, and also read most of the Spectro-Chrome Metry Encyclopedia, 6th Edition. (First edition 1933.) Fascinating stuff!

Between these two books, there are many case histories, court transcripts, even photographs of cases. There are a lot of testimonies from doctors including Dr. Kate Baldwin, the Senior Surgeon of 23 years at the Philadelphia Woman's Hospital. The healings that occurred over the years at several hospitals and clinics just using this therapy was phenomenal.

But as usual, when someone discovers or invents something -- especially if it's natural (and Big Pharma can't patent it) -- that helps heal people, one or more government agencies (the powers that be are on their way out) will do everything in their power to shut them down and keep the masses from finding out about it. The same thing that happened to Dinshah still goes on to this day. In fact, a good recent example of this same type of scenario is Dr. Burzynski in Houston, Texas and the Texas Medical Board. The TMB have kept him tied up in court for years, trying to take away his medical license and shut him down because he has actually been healing "incurable" brain cancers, and well, you know -- if he does that, then the TMB or the medical establishment in TX and elsewhere stands to lose money. You're not actually supposed to heal people! It's all about a money-making business and control, whereas Dr. Burzynski is about helping people heal. That's why he prevailed in the end. There is a documentary available about Dr. Burzynski that I recommend if you are interested. It's two DVDs: Burzynski - The Movie (2010) and Burzynski - Cancer is Serious Business Part II (2013).

So, it is no big surprise that if you do an internet search on Spectro-Chrome Therapy, you will find websites and even the popular Wikipedia still claiming that this is all quackery and pseudoscience! They claim the same about structured water and Indigos. Do you see the pattern here? The powers that be are on their way out will stop at nothing to prevent people from knowing the truth about the simple ways they can assist their body back into balance and well-being. After all, our bodies are amazing creations and are self-healing! But it's up to us to give the body what it needs so that it can do its job.

Dinshah was a brilliant man, way ahead of his time. He was about helping people heal too. And though he passed away over 50 years ago, his research and teachings of Spectro-Chrome Therapy still carry on to this day, available for those who wish to study and practice it, like myself. It's another amazing natural healing modality whose time has finally come.

I also did some research online to see if there was anyone currently writing about, practicing  or teaching Spectro-Chrome (S-C) Therapy. There were several places that sell the colored Roscolene filters (or gel slides) used in S-C, and then I found a woman on the west coast who actually makes the specially calibrated color glass slides for use in S-C. She is the supplier for and consultant to many countries around the world. On her website it stated that she began her investigation of color therapy at the age of 13 -- and 13 being my number 😀 -- I took it as a confirmation I was at the right place. For many years she traveled around the country teaching S-C and currently has an online course and newsletter. She also has available everything you need to practice S-C.

I already had the books, so I ordered all the equipment and supplies needed and I took her course in S-C Therapy.  I also read several more books that are available on healing with colored light, such as Color Medicine by Charles Klotsche, and How to Heal with Color by Ted Andrews.

The day I began using S-C, I walked outside and saw a rainbow. (Actual photo on right.) The book Let There Be Light has a rainbow on the cover. I took that as another good sign!

It was during the summer of 2016, I began using it on our dog who was 14 and experiencing different ailments. It seemed to help him and as a side effect, we noticed a benign growth he had on his elbow began to shrink in size. I treated him with S-C until he passed away on February 13th, 2017.
Our dog Duke receiving S-C Therapy

During the same time, I also had the opportunity to use S-C Therapy on a client's dog who I kept at our house for three weeks (which I don't normally do). He had a nerve sheath tumor on his hip. He had already had a few surgeries to remove previous nerve sheath tumors from the same area and another surgery was not recommended. They just keep returning.

His tumor went from being bald, the skin was taut, pink with dark pink in the middle (inflamed), when he arrived, to it shrinking some in size, the skin was drying, appeared to be healing up, not taut any more, and brown in color instead of pink and inflamed, and hair was growing on it when I took him home. My client noticed and commented on the definite improvement also. (See photos below - sorry, they aren't the greatest.)

Unfortunately, after he went home the treatments were discontinued and over the next several months his tumor grew in size, covering his whole hip -- to the point of breaking the skin and causing unending painful infections and he was eventually euthanized to end his suffering. At least the S-C Therapy slowed the growth down for the three weeks I was able to treat him on a daily basis and perhaps gave him a little more time here. At least I like to think so.

Nerve Sheath Tumor BEFORE S-C Therapy (9.7.16)
Bright pink, inflamed & skin taut
Nerve Sheath Tumor AFTER 3 weeks of just S-C Therapy (9.29.16)
Brown in color & no longer inflamed & tight, smaller in size

That was just the beginning of my practicing this ancient healing method. In addition to pets, I have been using S-C Therapy on myself, my husband, family members and friends with great and often amazing results.

Hydro Chromopathy

In addition to the colored lights, I provide Hydro Chromopathy to enhance the S-C Therapy. Hydro Chromopathy is where I have taken structured water, (not just any water!) and using the sunlight and the glass slides, I tonate a glass of the water, one for each of the colors and then store them in cobalt blue glass bottles so as to have every color available when needed. Each bottle of water is infused with the frequency and energy of a different color. As Masaru Emoto’s research has demonstrated, which he shares in The Hidden Messages of Water, along with numerous other books he wrote, water has memory. You not only get colored light but (energetically) colored water to drink with it!

The Experiment

What better way to be able to actually test the effects of S-C Therapy than to have someone who is super sensitive to energy and is also synesthetic tell me what they experience!  My Starseed friend is perfect, so we did an experiment. Find out what happened in Part 2.

Elemonics

We are so blessed to have Mike Adams, known as the Health Ranger, and founder of NaturalNews.com (the internet's most trafficked natural health news website, reaching millions of viewers each month). He has many talents and has been doing so much to educate and empower people! He is an award-winning investigative journalist, consumer health advocate, internet activist, science lab director and musician (to name a few). If you haven't heard of him or know much about him, you can read his impressive biography here. I love this guy! He is amazing!

I've been following him for a few years and am currently reading his book Food Forensics, (which is very informative and I highly recommend!), but I have never actually read his biography until just now. Wow! My first thought was: he must be an Indigo!

Here he has combined science and music to create the first ever of its kind: Elemonics - the translation of the table of elements into music tones. From a whole new perspective, he demonstrates how the different elements affect us and our well-being, allowing us for the first time, to hear chemistry. This is amazing!

HeartMath Institute

Have you heard of The HeartMath Institute? The scientists at the HeartMath Institute (HMI) have conducted extensive research on the power of heart intelligence, intuition and the energetic connection between all things. Their researchers have explored the intricacies of heart-brain messaging, how emotions affect human biology and the influences of geomagnetic fields and solar activity on our health and daily activities. The research they have been doing is so cool! Take a look at this short video. I love this! You can learn more on their website at HeartMath.org

Treasured Teachers

With the recent passing of Dr. Wayne Dyer, I've been thinking about other great spiritual teachers and writers and how grateful I am to have them here, now and to be able to learn from them. Another one that has made a big impact on my life is Neale Donald Walsch. And instead of waiting until after he makes his transition to talk about what a great spiritual teacher he is, I'm going to do it now while he's still physically with us!

I remember when his first book Conversations with God, Book 1 came out. It was released on my mother's birthday -- May 5, in 1995 -- twenty years ago. It was during a turning point in my life, and I was immediately drawn to his books, reading all three in the series and then most of his other books that followed, such as Friendship with God, Communion with God, The New Revelations, Tomorrow's God, Home with God, Happier than God, What God Wants, Moments of Grace, and about ten more! I love the messages so much in all of these books. They have all touched me deeply and my energy resonated with them on a level I had never felt before. I felt the words were confirming what I knew and felt at a soul level and my heart sang out "yes!" as I read them. After I finished Book 1, I immediately ordered half a dozen more copies and gave my closest friends and family members each a copy for Christmas. After I finished reading Book 2 and Book 3 of the Conversations with God books, I remember not only feeling hungry for more of this conversation and couldn't wait for the next book, but I experienced something that I had never experienced before. I ended up crying so hard because I literally felt home sick like I've never felt before, after reading this material. I just felt this intense home-sickness. This is the only way I can explain it. I have read a lot of spiritual books over the last 30 years and no book(s) had ever affected me in that way before.

I have also had the pleasure of experiencing Neale in person on five different occasions over the years, beginning in 1997. Each time he came to Unity of Houston to talk about his books. The first thing I noticed about him was his energy. He emanated such genuine peaceful, loving and compassionate energy. It was palpable. Of course I got several of my books autographed and also had a picture taken with him. His children's books are wonderful too -- even for grown-ups. I also have the movie Conversations with God, documenting his story --  about how he went from being homeless for a year to the automatic writing of these books. He also did a documentary about Indigos, which I posted about here

Needless to say, Neale and his books and movies have had a big impact on my life, and I know they have for many, many others as well. If you haven't read any of his books yet, especially Conversations with God, Books 1, 2 and 3, I highly recommend them!

To give you a little taste of Neale, click here to watch a series of five short (8 min.) video clips he made talking about The Soul -- Do we have one? Where is it? What is it? What is it's purpose? and more. I think you'll find it interesting.

Also of interest if you are into astrology or numerology (which I am) is that Wayne Dyer's birthday is May 10th (Taurus) and I just noticed that Neale Walsch's birthday is Sept. 10th (Virgo).

Structured Water: Nature's Gift

Structured Water - Also known as hexagonal, clustered, crystalline, organized, living, the fourth phase, sacred, and holy water.

Almost all the scientific discovery and contributions regarding structured water have stayed under the public's radar and out of mainstream media and the realm of general information.

For instance, did you know that in the 1990's, three Nobel Prizes were awarded for work relating to structured water mostly involving DNA, intracellular fluids, cellular communication and protein folding? These are discoveries all relating to the critical functions of structured water within living organisms. In fact, Nobel Prize Laureates have known for some time that the structure of our bio-water -- the water within our bodies -- is highly organized and crystalline in nature. This goes for the animals too.

The only problem is the water that is available to us (and our pets), whether from the faucet or a bottle (and it doesn't matter what kind of bottled water), is unorganized or unstructured water, also known as "bulk" water. Not to mention we are bombarded with toxins in our foods, our air, our soil, which also de-structures our bio-water. In order for our bodies to function at their optimum ability and stay healthy, we -- as well as the animals -- require not just any water, but structured water. This is highly organized water at the molecular level.

The great news is in just recent years with the invention of the structuring devices by Natural Action Technologies, structured water is now available conveniently, it's affordable and without any maintenance required -- ever.

Did you know that all diseases and disorders have one thing in common? There is a loss of structure in the cellular fluids. Our energy system and physical systems -- our glands, chakras, meridians, veins, aura and cells -- all work in tandem , together, through the incredible nature of our water system, which accounts for 99% of the molecules in our body. They must be structured to sustain health.

In a recent (2014) eleven-hour documentary called The Truth About Cancer, The Quest for the Cure Continues, structured water was mentioned several times by several different doctors as THE best water to be consuming. Here is just one of the clips from that documentary where it is talked about:

You can find out more about this amazing new paradigm in water, plus a list of some of the many benefits, how to purchase a structuring unit, as well as my personal experience with drinking, showering and using structured water for the last two and a half years and how it changed my life, by purchasing my book Structured Water: Nature's Gift by clicking the link below.

Wayne Dyer: You will be missed!

1940 - 2015

My heart is feeling heavy. I was so sad to hear that Dr. Wayne Dyer passed away on Sat., Aug. 29, 2015. I have seen him in person several times, read many of his books, audios, videos, meditations. In fact, I just recently watched a 2014 video I bought of him and Esther Hicks talking with Abraham, called Co-Creating at its Best - A Conversation Between Master Teachers. Great conversation! I also just realized (or maybe I'd forgotten) that his birthday is only 3 days before mine! No wonder I love him so much - he's a Taurus like me.  :)

He was a great person, author, speaker and teacher; and so much more to so many people. He shared his wonderful light with us and though I know he is just on another phase of his journey, he will really be missed!

The Biology of Belief

In a recent email I received from Barbara Marx Hubbard, she shared that Bruce Lipton, Ph.D. is going to be speaking at The Agape International Spiritual Center (Michael and Rickie Beckwith's center) on Aug. 15th. His talk is titled The Grand Convergence: The New Science of the Body-Mind-Spirit Trinity.

Though it's located in Los Angeles, you can buy a ticket for the Live-stream and they will keep it available to watch for a week so all times zones can watch it. I'll be watching the Live-stream. I can't wait! I love Bruce Lipton. I have heard him speak on several occasions and have read his book The Biology of Belief, which I highly recommend.

Bruce Lipton is a cell biologist and lecturer, is an internationally recognized leader in the “new” biology. Dr. Lipton, a former faculty member at the University of Wisconsin’s School of Medicine, performed groundbreaking stem cell research at Stanford University, and is the bestselling author of The Biology of Belief and co-author of Spontaneous Evolution. His most recent book is The Honeymoon Effect: The Science of Creating Heaven on Earth.

AND INTRODUCING....

MY NEW BOOK!

I'm excited! I wrote and published my first book! It's called Structured Water: Nature's Gift. Even though it's a short book and even though it's not about any of the subjects that I had intended to possibly write about, it's a book about another passion that popped up in just recent years -- Structured Water. Sometimes that's how life works!

I've written about Structured Water on this blog a few times before and I have been telling people about it but I wanted something that I could offer or give to people in order to help them get a basic understanding of it. Structured Water is a new concept for most and it's not the easiest thing to explain or for people to understand completely. I hope to alleviate that with this short yet informative book.

Why go through all this trouble to write a book about something that I am just an affiliate of, and not even a distributor? Simple: because I know that Structured Water can assist us in making this world a better place. And I'm all about nature and well-being and Structured Water fits under both -- not only for us but for our pets! So the more people that learn about it the better!

My book is now available for purchase. Click the button below. Don't forget to leave a review!

Near Death Experiences

For the last twenty-eight years I have read every book about near-death experiences and the study of them that I could get my hands on and still do. I have seen the different documentaries that have come out over the years as well. I have personally met people who have had such experiences and one later wrote a book about it. One of the newest books out is by Dr. Eben Alexander, called Proof of Heaven: A Neurosurgeon's Journey into the Afterlife and it's great. What's interesting about this case is the fact that he's a brain surgeon. This is the first case I've ever heard about that involved this type of doctor. More and more people are coming back from the other side to tell their stories.

But out of all the cases I've read or heard about -- and they are all amazing, uplifting and inspiring, Anita Moorjani's will blow your socks off!  I read her book Dying to be Me and oh, is it good! It is very well written. You will not be able to put it down. I came across this 18 minute video on You Tube where she is describing her experience and telling you what she learned. I loved the analogy she used of what it's like after returning from her experience.  Awesome! Check it out! If you haven't already, you will want to read her book.  :)

Energy Experiments

I just finished reading the book E2 by Pam Grout, a NY Times best seller. The book has nine do-it-yourself energy experiments that prove your thoughts create your reality. (Yes, that's right -- prove.) It's a great book with profound wisdom and it's funny. Pam has a great sense of humor. She mentioned a lot of my favorite people in there too. I really enjoyed reading it and couldn't put it down. These experiments can be done with no money and very little time. One of my favorite experiments is with the "Einstein rods". You'll have to read the book to find out what that is!  :)

Rather than take it on faith, the book invites you to prove the following principles:

  • There is an invisible energy force or field of infinite possibilities.
  • You impact the field and draw from it according to your beliefs and expectations.
  • Your connection to the field provides accurate and unlimited guidance.
  • The universe is limitless, abundant, and strangely accommodating.
If you've seen the movie (or read the book) The Secret (which is really good, but they left the secret out!), this book is along the same lines but much better as Pam gives specifics, examples and practical experiments to show you what the movie The Secret conveyed in a more subtle way. I loved it!
