I came across this pretty amazing YouTube video that does a really good job of explaining meditation, Cosmic Energy, the third eye, astral travel and more! I don't know anything about the person who made or posted this video but I thought it was great and the visuals are fantastic! It's an hour long and well worth watching. Had to share!

The Highly Sensitive Person (HSP)
I came across this recently presented (June 2016) TEDx Talk called The Gentle Power of Highly Sensitive People by Elena Herdieckerhoff. I think she gives an excellent overview of HSPs and it's only 16 minutes long. I can totally relate to everything she said! It's nice to see more people bringing awareness to the inherent trait of 20% of the population and explaining what it is and what it is not.
