I came across another mention of the pineal gland. This time it's in relation to aluminum and other ingredients in vaccines. Of course the many issues with vaccines has been brought up in recent online documentaries such as Vaccines Revealed, The Truth About Vaccines, and Vaxxed, but I don't recall the affects on the pineal gland being specifically discussed. (If you haven't seen any of these documentaries, I highly recommend them!)
Although this clip* starts off about vaccines and autism, Senior Research Scientist, Dr. Stephanie Seneff, who was on one or more of these documentaries, explains how the pineal gland is affected towards the end of this short video clip.*
We are bombarded with things that seriously affect our pineal gland, which has to do with consciousness. We have to educate ourselves, remove these things from our life as much as possible, and learn how to help cleanse our pineal glands (and body) of these toxins so we can shift into higher levels of consciousness like we're created to do.
As I've mentioned before, one way to help you do this is to drink structured water.
